Sales & Marketing Assistant – Internship (Unpaid)

Location: Remote or Irvine, CA | Flexible Hours | Potential for Paid Role

 

At My Office Apps, we help real businesses solve real problems with Kechie ERP, our cloud-based platform that simplifies inventory, finance, and operations. We’re offering a hands-on internship for someone ready to learn the building blocks of how companies run—and how they grow.

This is not your average “coffee and copies” internship. You’ll support sales and marketing efforts that directly impact our reach, pipeline, and customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist the sales team with lead research and CRM updates
  • Support marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and blog projects
  • Help improve our website content to better convert traffic into demo requests
  • Learn the language of ERP, supply chain, and operations—skills valuable in any industry
  • Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for outreach and engagement
  • Communicate clearly with team members and occasionally present updates or research findings

What You’ll Gain

  • Direct exposure to ERP software, used across every sector from manufacturing to distribution
  • A front-row seat to how B2B sales and marketing work—strategy to execution
  • Experience giving presentations and speaking in front of groups

Who You Are

  • Curious, resourceful, and organized
  • A strong communicator, comfortable presenting ideas and speaking in front of others
  • Interested in sales, marketing, or operations—maybe all three
  • Not afraid to ask questions or take ownership of projects
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Important: Only two internship positions are available. We’re looking for candidates who are ready to jump in, learn quickly, and make a real impact.
